TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR BELCONNEN PREMIER INN

Guarantee Policy:

All reservations require credit card guarantee and accommodation is payable on departure.  The credit card will need to be presented on arrival at the hotel for pre-authorisation. If you are guest paying cash you are required to pay in full on arrival and leave a $100 deposit along with a copy of your driver’s license at reception. The $100 dollars will be refunded to you upon check-out.

Cancellation Policy:

CANCEL 24 HOURS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO AVOID THE PENALTY OF 1 NIGHTS ACCOMMODATION

Your credit card guarantees a room for your stay. Credit Card and PhotoID Belonging to the reservation holder must be presented for authorisation upon check-in. Un-used funds from pre-authorisation will be available in your account within 5-7 working days.  The credit card holder must be the registered guest. Belconnen Premier Inn reserves the right to terminate any reservation that does not provide these criteria.

If your arrival is early in the day and you would like immediate access to your room, we recommend that you reserve the suite for the prior night to guarantee this access. If you choose not to reserve for this purpose, early check in is subject to room availability at the time of arrival.

Parties and large gatherings of people within the property are strictly prohibited. Any breaches of this policy will result in immediate termination of your booking without any refund.

By agreeing to a reservation at the Belconnen Premier Inn, you are authorising a charge to the credit card number provided for any specified deposit requirement and/or cancellation fee that may apply. Cancellation fees and deposits are non-refundable.
