TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR BELCONNEN PREMIER INN, CANBERRA

AGE
Independent travellers must be at least 18 years of age to book accommodation via our online site.

CANCELLATIONS
Your reservation has been secured within the terms of a 48 hour cancellation policy, whereby any room night cancelled within 48 hours prior to check-in time will be charged. Cancellation fees and deposits are non-refundable.

PAYMENT & GUARANTEE
Advance payment must be made for accommodation booked via our online site. You will be required to provide a credit card imprint or equivalent at check-in to cover incidental charges. If you are paying via cash you will be required to pay in full on upon your arrival and leave a $200 deposit along with a copy of your driver’s license at reception. The $200 dollars will be refunded to you upon check-out.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT CHECK-IN is available anytime after 2pm. Arriving earlier? Let us know in advance & we will do our best to accommodate your arrival time. In the case that we can’t, we are happy to store your luggage while you take a stroll around the local attractions. CHECK-OUT is any time prior to 10am.

HOUSE RULES
Parties and large gatherings of people within the property are strictly prohibited. Any breaches of this policy will result in immediate termination of your booking without any refund.

CAR PARKING
On-site car parking is available and remains complimentary to all guests and their visitors.
